"Refund dragged on way too long"
I sent my order back weeks ago and I’m still waiting for the refund to show up. Every time I reach out, support just tells me to wait a few more days, but it doesn’t feel like an actual person is really looking into it. It’s been frustrating.

"A bit frustrating, but support was really good"
We had a small issue with our business account, and while it was kind of annoying to deal with at first, support got it sorted out quickly. I wouldn’t say I enjoyed having to contact them, but they were easy to work with and there wasn’t any back-and-forth hassle. Overall, a smooth experience even though I wish we hadn’t needed help in the first place.

"Pretty good deal, I think?"
I was checking a bunch of sites and somehow this one ended up being cheaper than most of them for what I needed. Not totally sure why the prices were that different, but I’m happy with what I got.

"Quality has gone way downhill"
I don’t know what happened, but this paper is terrible lately. It tore way too easily, and it feels like they cheaped out on the quality. I’m annoyed because I expected better. Definitely not buying this again.

"Definitely on the right track, but not perfect yet"
I’ve gotta say, GP is absolutely making an effort here. I like that they share info about where things come from, how they’re trying to cut down on waste, and that some products use recycled materials. It doesn’t come across like empty talk to me at all, they’re clearly doing something. That said, I’m taking off a star because I’m 100% convinced the sustainability details should be way easier to find and updated more often. Solid progress, just not all the way there yet.

"Setup guide was decent, just a little unclear"
I used Georgia Pacific for some installation help, and overall it got the job done. The steps mostly worked, but a few parts were worded in a way that made me assume what they meant instead of feeling totally sure. I had to go back and reread a couple sections and figure out a few small details on my own. Not a bad guide at all, but it could definitely be a bit clearer and easier to follow.

"Billing could’ve been a lot clearer"
The service itself was fine, nothing really to complain about there. But this is where it got annoying: I didn’t realize there were extra fees until after the fact. The charges weren’t explained clearly upfront, so the final bill ended up being confusing. I just wish they were more transparent about the costs from the beginning

"I got my order about half of it..."
I got my order about half of it wasn’t even what I ordered. I reached out to support, but all they really did was ask me to send pictures, and I still haven’t gotten an actual fix. For me, that’s enough to not order from them again.

"Product info could be a lot clearer"
I was trying to compare a few products on gp.com, the info was kind of all over the place. Some pages had the basics, but then they’d leave out simple things like clear specs or how one item is different from another. I had to keep clicking around just to piece it together, and even then I still wasn’t totally sure. Give me a break, I’m just trying to buy the right thing without turning it into a research project. It’s not the worst site, but it definitely made the process harder than it needed to be

"Always out of what I need"
Every time I’ve gone in lately, the stuff I actually need is somehow out of stock. It’s getting frustrating, and it makes me wonder if there’s some catch or extra fee pushing people toward other options instead.

"Basic info was harder to find than it should’ve been"
I went on Georgia Pacific just trying to find some simple product and company info, and it felt more difficult than it needed to be. The pages loaded fine, but the menus weren’t very clear, so I ended up clicking around a lot and still not really getting where I wanted to go.
The search wasn’t much better either because it gave me a bunch of broad results that didn’t feel very useful. It kind of gave me that feeling like nobody really read what a regular visitor might be looking for, and maybe the site only makes sense if you already know exactly where to go

"Usually works fine, except when it doesn’t"
gp.com has been solid for me most of the time. Pages usually load quickly and I don’t run into many errors, which is nice. That said, there have been a few times during busier hours where it slowed down enough to be annoying. Not a huge deal, but also kind of frustrating when you’re just trying to get something done. Overall, though, it’s reliable enough and I’d say it does the job

"Box showed up completely crushed"
The packaging was really bad. The box arrived all crushed, and the items inside were messed up because of it. I felt trapped because there wasn’t much I could do except deal with the hassle of sorting it out.

"It was fine at first, i thought..."
It was fine at first, i thought it would hold up better, but it started wearing out way sooner than I expected. For the price, I figured I’d get more use out of it. It’s not completely useless, but, yeah, I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"A brand I can actually trust"
I’ve known GP for years at this point, they’ve never given me a single reason to raise an eyebrow. The site is simple enough to use, the information is clear, and there’s none of that suspicious, confusing nonsense that makes you want to flee the page immediately. It just feels like a solid company doing things properly, which is weirdly rare these days.

"Not really worth the price"
I don’t think it’s worth what they’re charging. I expected a lot better for the price, and the whole experience was kind of frustrating. On top of that, I kept getting different answers depending on who I talked to, which made it even more annoying. Just didn’t feel like good value overall

I’m frustrated because the issue still hasn’t been fixed. I reached out expecting some help, but no one really did anything. It feels like I wasted my time and energy trying to get this resolved.

"Bought it on a whim and checkout was super easy"
I ended up ordering on gp.com kind of on impulse, and the checkout was way easier than I expected. It didn’t make me jump through a bunch of random steps, payment went through without any issues, and the confirmation email showed up right away. Nothing confusing or annoying about it. Smooth overall, so I’d definitely use it again
